Delivery FAQs
When can I expect my deliveries?
We do deliveries from 12-6pm range on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Once you make your order, it will be fulfilled in 2-5 days and to the nearest of these 3 weekdays.
Preorder delivery dates will be confirmed via text and updates on pickup will be sent via text message as well.
Other weekdays may be available upon request.
Do you do express/weekend deliveries?
For all rushed/weekend orders, we charge a flat rate of $15 per location and no free shipping. Please request in advance.
Do you deliver items from your retail store?
All we can deliver are listed online for order. Any other items from in-store cannot be delivered due to fragility and durability outside of our store conditions. Eg. Most small pastries can only be taken away in person due to how easily they melt at room temperature and how soft and damage-prone they are.
Can I order a GrabDelivery and get them to pick up an item for me?
We allow GrabExpress pickups but payment will have to be made and confirmed before the GrabExpress driver can leave with the order.
Are there extra charges for delivery to Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport and private hospitals?
Yes, for all above locations, extra $10 charge is required for delivery.
Where/What time can I pick up my order?
Please head down to our store at The Star Vista, 1 Vista Exchange Green #01-04/05. Kindly quote your order number or show proof of order confirmation.
You may collect chocolate-related orders between 11am to 8pm daily unless otherwise confirmed.
For pastry and cake-related orders, please collect all orders between 1pm to 6pm daily.
Workshop FAQs
What language will the classes be conducted in?
All classes are conducted in ENGLISH.
Where will the workshop be conducted?
It will be conducted at our store at The Star Vista - 1 Vista Exchange Green #01-04/05.
I booked a childrens’ workshop, may I accompany my child?
We will allow parents to accompany their children, however, if the class size is too large, we will limit it to 1 parent/guardian/family member.
I need to cancel/reschedule my workshop, will I be charged?
Cancellations/Rescheduling is allowed but must be done at least 24 hours before the class time: eg. For an 11am class, latest cancellation is 11am on the previous day. Free rescheduling is given up to 1 time, and extra rescheduling chances will be given on a case by case basis.
No-Shows will face immediate cancellation with no rescheduling and result in a forfeit of the entire class fee.
I’m going to be late to the class, what do I do?
We give each class a buffer time of max 10 minutes before each class starts to account for mishaps and unavoidable circumstances. Please inform us in advance if you will be late.
Any latecomers coming in after 30 minutes will be forfeited and made to reschedule, even if they show up at the venue. After rescheduling and late-coming of 30 mins or more happens again, class will be forfeited.
What is the minimum age for Kids Classes?
We recommmend children older than the age of 6, but as long as they are > 70cm tall, and can comprehend the tasks during the workshop, they will be allowed in with parent accompaniment.
My children are attending a class here, can I also join and do the hands-on workshop?
If an extra take-home portion is to be added, please inform us at least 12 hours in advance via email at hello@lemuelchocolate.com with your order number. Extra portion will be equivalent to 1pax cost of the workshop.
Can I request for a different time slot for a particular workshop?
You may request via hello@lemuelchocolate.com and it will be arranged and approved on case-by-case basis due to availability.
I want have a large group event/workshop, but your workshop capacity is 10. How do I book it?
You may request via hello@lemuelchocolate.com and it will be arranged and approved on case-by-case basis due to availability. For workshops larger than 16 pax, entire venue booking will be required and additional charges will apply.
